This book is packed with useful information. The author's premise is that we all innately know how to breathe but with daily stress, and other culprits like ill fitting clothes, trauma, and bad habits, we unconsciously restrict our breathing. She has many scientific studies that back up her belief that poor breathing leads to a host of diseases and disorders. By following Donna Farhi's advice I have seen remarkable improvements in my over all feeling. I hold less tension in my neck and throat muscles and have improved my posture.
