In pursuance of the Palestinian object, Hadassah contributes towards the maintenance of the Hadassah Medical Organization (formerly the American Zionist Medical Unit) in Palestine; and through the Junior Hadassah Units, cooperates with the Joint Distribution Committee in the maintenance of Palestinian Orphans.
