UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENT - PETRAEUS NOMINATION

On request by Mr. Reid and by unanimous consent, it was Ordered, That at 12 noon on Thursday, June 30, 2011, the Senate proceed to executive session to consider the nomination of David H. Petraeus, of New Hampshire, to be Director of the Central Intelligence Agency; that there be two hours for debate equally divided in the usual form; that upon the use or yielding back of time, the Senate proceed to vote without intervening action or debate on the nomination; that the motion to reconsider be considered made and laid upon the table with no intervening action or debate; that no further motions be in order; that the President be immediately notified of the Senate's action and the Senate then resume legislative session.
