UNANIMOUS CONSENT AGREEMENT - CHRISTEN NOMINATION

On request by Mr. Reid and by unanimous consent, it was Ordered, That following morning business on Thursday, December 15, 2011, the Senate proceed to executive session to consider the nomination of Morgan Christen, of Alaska, to be United States Circuit Judge for the Ninth Circuit; that there be 30 minutes for debate equally divided in the usual form; that upon the use or yielding back of time, the Senate resume legislative session and at a time to be determined by the Majority Leader, in consultation with the Republican Leader, the Senate return to executive session, resume consideration of the nomination, and there be an additional 2 minutes for debate equally divided in the usual form prior to a vote on the nomination; that the motion to reconsider be considered made and laid upon the table with no intervening action or debate;

that no further motions be in order to the nomination; that the President be immediately notified of the Senate's action and the Senate then resume legislative session.
