It is rich in albuminous or flesh-forming properties, and when used alternately with Corn Flour, which is rich. in farinaceous or heat-giving properties, supplies all that can be desired for variety and completeness of DIET FOR CHILDREN.

Like Corn Flour it is suitable for Breakfast and Supper, and may be prepared with or without milk. Pastry is much improved by it, being made more crisp and digestible.
