Resolved, That the nominations of the following-named persons, to wit, Frank Munroe, Robert W. Huntington, Joseph Fairchild Baker, John A. Burrough, William A. Parker, Robert E. Hitchcock, William H. Hale, and John H. Grimes, who are nominated to be second lieutenants in the Marine Corps, be returned to the President of the United States, with the request that he will renominate them in the order in which they were first promulgated or in the order of their respective ages.

Watson.
