૧૭ ને એએ તેહેને કહું કે પાંચ રોટલા ને બે ભાલા વગર હું હુનાવી પાશે કંઈ નથી

18 He said, Bring them hither to me.

૧૮ તાારે તેણે કહ્યું કે તે આઁ નાહારી પાશે લાવો

19 And he commanded the multitude to sit down on the grass, and took the five loaves, and the two fishes, and looking up to heaven, he blessed, and brake, and gave the loaves to his disciples, and the disciples to the multitude.

૧૮ પછી તેણે લોકોને શ્વાશ પર બેશવાના હુકમ આએપે ને તે પાંચ ાટલા તથા બે નાલાં લઇને આકાશની ગન સ્નેકને આશીરવાદ દીધો ને રોટલા ભાઈને શીશાને આએપા ને શીશા એ લેાકાને [પીરા] **

20 And they did all eat, and were filled; and they took up of the fragments that remained twelve baskets full. ૨૦ ને તેઓ ઘલા ખાઈને ધરાઓ પછી છીંડલા કકડાઓની આર ટાપલી ભરેલી તેઓએ ઊઠાવી

21 And they that had eaten were about five thousand men, beside women and children.

૨૧ ને જેઓએ ખાધું તેઓ બાએડી છુઈમાં ઊપરાંત પાઁચ હન રને આશરે પુરશ હુતા

22 | And straightway Jesus constrained his disciples to get into a ship, and to go before him unto the other side, while he sent the multitudes away.

૨૨ ને તેજ વેલા ઇશ્યુ લોકોને વીટાએ કરે એટલામાં તેણે પેાતાના શીશોને હાડીનાં ખેશવાનો તથા પોતાથી અગાઊ પેલે પાર જવાના અગતે હુકમ કીધો

23 And when he had sent the multitudes away, he went up into a mountain apart to pray: and when the evening was come, he was there alone.

૨૩ ને લોકોને તેણે બીદાએ કીધા તાહારે તે પરારથના કરવા

ને એક પાહાડ પર એકલા ગઓ ને શાહીંજ પુડા પર તાંહાં તે

એકલા હુતા

24 But the ship was now in the midst of the sea, tossed with waves: for the wind was contrary.

૨૪ ૫ણ તેવેલા હાડી દીઆનાઁ છતાં નાનથી ડૉનાડોલ કરાઇ કેખંકે પવન ઊલટા હુતો

25 And in the fourth watch of the night Jesus went unto them, walking on the sea.

૨૫ ને પાછલી યાહાર રાતરે ઈશ્યુ દરીઓ પર ચાલતા તે ની પાશે ગ

26 And when the disciples saw him walking on the sea, they were troubled, saying, It is a spirit; and they cried out for fear.

૨૬ નારે શીશોએ તેણેને દી પર ચાલતો દીઠો તાારે તે આએ ગાભરા પડીને કહું કે આભાશ છે ને બીીકે ખુન પાડી 27 But straightway Jesus spake unto them, saying, Be of good cheer; it is I; be not afraid.

૨૭ પણુ તરતજ ઇએ તેને કહું કે ધીરજ રાખો એ હું છઠ્ઠું બીહા ના

28 And Peter answered him and said, Lord, if it be thou, bid me come unto thee on the water.

૨૮ તાહારે પીતરે તહેન જવાબ દેતાં કહ્યું કે ઓ પરભુ એ ને તું છે તો તાહારી પાસે પાણી પર આવવાને મને હુકમ આપ 29 And he said, Cone. And when Peter was come down out of the ship, he walked on the water, to go to Jesus.

૨૮ પછી તેણે કહું કે આવ તાહારે પીતર હોડી પરથી ઊતરીને ઇશ્યુ પાશે જવાને પાઁણી પર ચાલો

30 But when he saw the wind boisterous, he was afraid; and beginning to sink, he cried, saying, Lord, save me. ૩૦ પણ પવન જખરો દીઠા પર તે બીધો ને તેણે ડુબવા લાગી ને હાંકનારતાં કહ્યું કે એ પરભુ મને બચાવ

31 And immediately Jesus stretched forth his hand, and caught him, and said unto him, O thou of little faith, wherefore didst thou doubt?

૩૧ તાારેજ ઈશુએ હાથ લાંબો કરીને તહુને પકડી લીધો ન તહુને કહું કે આ થાડા વીશવાશી તે કેમ વ

ણો

32 And when they were come into the ship, the wind ceased.

૩૨ ને તે હોડીનાં આએવા પર પવન

ના

33 Then they that were in the ship came and worshipped him, saying, Of a truth thou art the Son of God. ૩૩ તાહાર હોડીમાં જે[હુતા] તેઓએ માવીને તેહેને પગેલાગી ને કહું કે ખરાખર હું દેવના દીકરો છે

34 | And when they were gone over, they came into the land of Gennesaret.

૩૪ પછી તેઓ પાર ઊતરીને ગનેશરત દેશમાં આએવા

35 And when the men of that place had knowledge of him, they sent out into all that country round about, and brought unto him all that were diseased;

૩૫ ને તે જગના લોકોએ તેણેને ઓલખીને તે આખા દેશમાં ની ચારે ગન નકલાને બધા નાંદાઓને તેહેની પાશે આઁણા 36 And besought him that they might only touch the hem of his garment: and as many as touched were made perfectly whole.

૩૬ ને એકલા તેહેના વશતરને છેડે અડકવા શારૂ તેઓએ તે હુની વીનંતી કીધી ને જેટલા અડકા તેટલા શભા થ

CHAP. XV. પંદરનો અવો

1 Then came to Jesus scribes and Pharisees, which were of Jerusalem, saying,

૧ તાલુારે ઇરૂશાલેમમાઁના શાશતીઓએ તથા પાીશી એ ઈશુની પાશે આવીને કહું

2 Why do thy disciples transgress the tradition of the elders? for they wash not their hands when they eat bread.

૨ કે તાહારા શોશ ઘરડાઓનો પરંપરા ઊપદેશ શાના ઊલ ઘન કરેછે કેમકે તેઓ રોટલા ખાવાના છે તાહારે પોતાના હાથ ધોતા નથી *

5 But he answered and said unto them, Why do ye also transgress the commandment of God by your tradition? ૩ પણ તેણે જવાબ દેતાં તેઓને કહું કે તમે પેાતાના પરં પરા ઊપદેશને શારૂ દેવની આગના શામાટે ઊલ્લંઘન કરોછો

4 For God commanded, saying, Honour thy father and mother: and, He that curseth father or mother, let him die the death.

૪ કેમકે દેવે હુકભ આપતાં કહ્યું કે હું પોતાનાં મા બાપને આબરૂ આપ ને બાપને અથવા માને જે ની તે નીશકે ભાીનખાએ *

5 But ye say. Whosoever shall say to his father or his mother, It is a gift, by whatsoever thou mightest be profited by ne;

૫ પણ તમે કહોછો જે કાઈ બાપને કે માને કહેશે કે જે કંઈ હુંથી તને લાભ હોશે તે અરપણ [થાએ] *

6 And honour not his father or his mother, he shall be free. Thus have ye made the commandment of God of none effect by your tradition.

૬ ને પૃથ્વી પોતાના બાપની કે પોતાની નની આબરૂ તે નીં રા ખશે [તા તે નીરદેશી છે] એમજ તને પોતાના પરંપરા ઊપ દેશને લીધે દેવનો હુકમ રદ કીધોછે

7 Ye hypocrites, well did Esaias prophesy of you saying,

૭ આ ઢોંગી ઈશાઈઆએ તન શ×ધી ભવીશ ઠીક કહું છું

8 This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth,

and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me.

૮ કે એ લોક પોતાને મહોડેથી નાહારી પાશે આવેછે ને હોઠોથી મન આબરૂ આપેછે પણ તેઓનાં મન હુથી વેગલાંજ રહે

9 But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doc

trines the commandinents of men.

૯ ને તેઓ ઊપદેશને બદલે માંણુશોના હુકમ શીખવતાં મને અમથા ભછે

10 | And he called the multitude, and said unto them, Hear, and understand:

૧૦ પછી તેણે લોકાને પાસે બોલાવીને તેઓને કહું કે તને શાંભ સીને શુભને

1! Not that which goeth into the mouth defileth a man; but that which cometh out of the mouth, this defileth

a man.

૧૧ કે નોહાડામાં જે નએછુ તે માઁણુશને અપવીતર નથી કરતું પણ જે કંઇ નાહાડામાંથી નીકલેછે તેજ નોંણુશને અપવી તર કરવું

12 Then came his disciples, and said unto him, Knowest thou that the Pharisees were offended, after they heard this saying!

૧૨ તાહાર તહેના શીશોએ પાશે આવીને તહુને કહું કે શું હું ન છે કે પ્રાીશીએ એ વાત શાંભલીને ઠોકર ખાધી

13 But he answered and said, Every plant, which my heavenly Father hath not planted, shall be rooted up. ૧૩ પણ તેણે ઊતર આપતાં કહ્યું કે જે હરેક રોષ માહારા આકાશનાઁના બાપે રોપો નથી તે ઊખડાશે

14 Let them alone: they be blind leaders of the blind. And if the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch.

૧૪ તેઓને રહેવા દો તેઓ આંધલા આંધલાઓના દોરનારા
