DRAW IT FORTH QUITE, O GOD, MY KING OF OLD &c. fignifies to complete what was begun, which in this Cafe feems to be the drawing out of the Hand: for God is reprefented as beginning to draw it out, and then returning it back again; for which Reason the Pfalmist prays him not to break off at the Attempt only, but to carry the Work quite through.
