Commiffioners to take the following Oath;

the faid Commiffioners, for recovering and fecuring any Arrears of the faid Rates and Duties (over and above the Powers, Remedies, Rules, and Regulations, contained in any Act or Acts relative to the Duties hereby repealed, or in this Act) as fully and effectually as if the fame Remedies, Advantages, Powers, Provifions, Methods, and Things, were particularly and feyerally repeated by and re-enacted in this. Act.

XXIV. And be it further enacted, That, from and after the paffing of this Act, every Perfon appointed or to be appointed to put this Act in Execution as a Commiffioner, or any Justice of the Peace executing the Office of a Commiflioner, before he fhall act as a Commiffioner in Execution thereof, or fhall execute the Office of fuch Commiffioner (except in adminiftering the Oath herein-after expreffed, fhall take, and he is hereby required to

fence, forfeit and pay the Sum of Fifty Pounds.

XXV. And be it further enacted, That nothing in this Act contained fhall extend, or be conftrued to extend, to authorize any Perfon to act in the Execution of this Act, without first taking the Oath of Allegiance, Supremacy, and Abjuration, or taking and fubfcribing the Declaration of Fidelity, required by any Law now in Force to be taken or made and fubfcribed in the Manner and in the Cafes therein prescribed.

XXVI. And be it further enact- Affeffors to ed, That every Perfon appointed lowing Oath; or to be appointed an Affeffor of the faid Rates and Duties granted by this Act, fhall, and he is hereby required to take an Oath, or, being One of the People called Quakers, to make and subscribe a folemn Affirmation, in the following Form; (that is to say),
