Roy T. Sessums, of Louisiana, to be a member of the Mississippi River Commission for a term of 9 years.

Gen. Gabriel P. Disosway and sundry other officers for promotions in the grades of general and lieutenant general in the Air Force, and Lt. Gen. Joseph R. Holzapple to be senior Air Force member, Military Staff Committee, United Nations;

Brig. Gen. Rollin B. Moore, Jr., and sundry other officers for temporary appointment in the grades of major general and brigadier general in the Air Force;

Brig. Gen. Glenn Jesse Collins and sundry other officers for temporary appointment in the grades of major general and brigadier general in the Medical Corps, U.S. Army;

Mr. Russell also reported favorably sundry nominations in the Air Force, Army, and Marine Corps which had previously appeared in the Congressional Record and, on his request and by unanimous consent, in order to save the expense of printing them on the Executive Calendar, it was ordered that they lie on the Secretary's desk for the information of any Senator:
