If you will examine the Pamphlet, call'd Obfervations on the Treaty of Seville, fuppofed to be written by a moft profound Politician; if you will look into feveral other Papers which come from the fame Quarter, you will find it there pofitively afferted, that it was the most ferene Powers of Grub-street, that, hinder'd the King of S- from accepting the Provifional Treaty; and fome of them (as I am credibly inform'd) have been fo bold, to declare that they are forry they were not able to hinder him from accepting of the Treaty of Seville likewise.But let that pafs.- -It is they who drive the K- of P into another Alliance, and put it into his Head to quarrel about two or three Truffes VOL.
