WHOSOEVER will be sav-ed: before all things

{ it is necessary that he hold the Catholic { Faith.

+ Which Faith, except every one do keep whole and unde- { fil-ed: without doubt he shall perish ever- { lasting-ly.

And the Catholic Faith is { this: that we worship one God in Trinity,* and Trinity in } Uni-ty.

Neither confounding the { Pér-sons : nor dividing the Sub-stance.

For there is one Person of the Father,* another of the { són: and another of the Holy } Ghost.

But the Godhead of the Father, of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost,* is all { one: the Glory equal, the Majesty co-e- { tér-nal.

Such as the Father is,* such is the { Son: and such is the Holy { Ghost.

To be sung on the following Festivals:-Christmas Day, the Epiphany, š. Matthias, Easter Day, Ascension Day, WhitSunday, and Trinity Sunday; S. Andrew, S. John Baptist, S. James, S. Bartholomew, S. Matthew, and ss. Simon and Jude.

The Father uncreate,* the Son uncre- { ate : and the Holy Ghost uncre- } ate.

The Father incomprehensible,* the Son incompre- } hen-sible: and the Holy Ghost incompre- } hensi-ble.

The Father eternal,* the Son e- } ter-nal: and the Holy Ghost e- { ter-nal.

And yet they are not three e- } tér-nals : but one e- { ter-nal.

As also there are not three incomprehensibles, * nor three uncre- { at-ed: but one uncreated,* and one incompre- { hensi-ble.

So likewise the Father is Almighty,* the Son Al- } migh-ty: and the Holy Ghost Al- { migh-ty.

And yet they are not three Al- I migh-ties : but one Almigh-ty.

(f) So the Father is God,* the Son is į Gód : and the Holy Ghost is God.

And yet they are not { three Gods: (f) but one God.

So likewise the Father is Lord,* the Son { Lord: and the Holy Ghost } Lord.

And yet not { thrée Lords : (f) but { one Lord.
