"And there were sealed an hund d and forty four thousand of all the tribes of the children of Israel." twelve thousand in each tribe, "And I looked, and lo, a Lamb stood on Mount Zion" with this number, "which were redeemed from the earth."(a)

"Now when I passed by thee, and looked upon thee, behold, thy time was the time of love and I spread my skirt over thee, and covered thy nakedness: yea, I sware unto thee, and entered into a covenant with thee, saith the Lord God, and thou becamest mine.

Then washed I thee with water: yea, I thoroughly washed away thy blood from thee, and I anointed thee with oil."

"But every man in his own order: Christ the first fruits; afterwards, they that are Christ's at his coming."

Then the words of Hosea will be fulfilled, "In the third day will he raise us up, and we shall live in his sight." Mortal will then put on immortality.

"He that raised up Jesus from the dead, shall also quicken your mortal bodies, by his spirit that dwelleth in you.

"And the kingdom, and dominion, and the greatness of the kingdom, under the whole heaven, shall be given to the people of the saints of the Most High."(b)

(a) Matthew, 5th chapter, 25th and 26th verses: "Agree with thine adversary quickly, whilst thou art in the way with him, lest at any time the adversary deliver thee to the judge, and the judge deliver thee to the officer, and thou be cast into prison. Verily I say unto thee, thou shalt by no means come out thence, till thou hast paid the utmost farthing."

Ques. Who is the adversary? Ans. God. Ques. Who is the judge? Ans. The word of God, wherein is contained the Law and Gospel that he should obey, John, 12th chap. and 48th ver.---"The word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day." Ques, Who is the officer? Ans. Satan, the Devil. Ques. What is the last day? Ans. The final resurrection, because the wicked, over whom the second death bath power, rise not at the first resurrection, but stops in until the final resurrection, till it be proved who is the author.

Romans, 6th chapter, 25th verse: "The wages of sin is death." Luke, 7th chapter, 41st and 42nd verses: "And Jesus uttered a parable, saying, There was a certain creditor which had two debtors; the one owed five hundred pence, and the other fifty. And when they had nothing to pay, he frankly forgave them both."

All men whose bodies die, and see corruption, are debtors, the one the righteous dying the death of the body only; and the other the second death will have power over them till the final resurrection, which makes two debtors: the righteous receiving the forgiveness of their debts of their souls before their bodies die, of which the fifty pence is typical: and are preserved under the altar, till the first resurrection, which is within the sixth thousand years, then their corruptible bodies will put on incorrupiton and they will be as the angels. And the wicked who are confined in hell, till the final resurrection, which is at the expiration of the seventh thousand years, when the prisoner and the author will be brought face to face; then they will receive forgiveness of their debts, of which the five hundred pence is typical, and their corruptible bodies will put on incorruption, and they will return to their former estate, which is lower than the angels, which the first Adam was in, before he was driven out of the garden, that he was inoculated by the fruit of the woman. Then will it be proved what the blood at the cross was shed for, that the utmost farthing might be paid for the debtors who had nothing to pay with. For as the transgression came by the woman, handing forth her blood, which was the evil fruit; that they became debtors: so it is by the blood of the woman's seed being shed on the cross for a sacrifice for sin, that they will be forgiven their debts. The first debtor fifty pence, which is the lesser debt, because he believed before his body died; and the second five hundred pence, which is the greater debt, because he believed not before his body died, so his soul is holden in prison by the officer, till the final resurrection. And as it was by the woman giving way to the serpent that the transgression came, so it by believing that the woman's seed, Jesus was lifted up on the cross, and shed his blood for their transgression, as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, that these two debtors are forgiven; Numbers, 21st chapter, 6--.9 verse. "And the Lord sent fiery serpents among the people, and they bit the people, and much people of Israel died. 7. Therefore the people came to Moses, and
