There are now feveral of the best hunters in England got by Conundrum.

Good grafs, and proper care taken of mares.

CROP will cover racing mares at Darfham-Hall, near Yoxford, Suffolk, paying only 5s. to the groom. Hunting and other mares at 1g, and half a crown each.

The two following, at Jofeph Ryder's, at King's Walden, near Hitchin, Herts.

DAMPER, that noted horfe (late Mr. Pittman's), at 2gs a mare.

He was got by Spectator, dam by Blank, grand dam by Crab, out of Mr. Panton's Widdrington

mare.

Damper's dam was own filter to Rocket, and was the dam of Plunder.

N. B. Damper won twenty-one 5ol. Plates, one Royal Plate, four Matches, and one Sweepstakes.

WHIPCORD will cover a moderate number of mares, at 5gs each.

Whipcord is a horfe of fize, bone, and fymmetry. He is own brother to Woodpecker. Ryder has orders not to let him cover more than once a day.

N. B. It is recommended to Gentlemen, to pay attention to the rule of not fuffering their mares to go with geldings for a confiderable time after covering.Ryder has provided pastures.

DIOMED

DIOMED, at Barton, near-Bury St. Edmund's, at 5gs a mare, and 59, the groom.

The three following (the property of Col. O'Kelly) at Epfom, Surrey.

ECLIPSE will cover (25 mares) at 30gs a mare, and one guinea the groom.

VOLUNTEER, at 5gs a mare, and 55. the groom.

VERTUMNUS, at zgs a mare, and 2s. 6d. the groom. Good grafs, and proper care.

ERASMUS, rifing fix years old, at Mr. John Whiting's, Mickleham, near Leatherhead, Surrey, at 1. 3s. 6d. each mare, from the ift of February, to the 3d of July, 1787; a bright Chefnut, full fifteen hands and a half high, of great fize and bone, and own brother to Lord Grosvenor's Alexander, and Mr. Wentworth's Poor Soldier.

He was got by Eclipfe, his dam by Mr. Williams's Forrefter, his grand dam by the Coalition colt, his great grand dam by Buftard, out of Lord Leigh's famous Molly, &c. &c.

Erafmus will cover any mare gratis, that has won a Plate, or bred a winning Racer; all others to pay a guinea and half a crown.

FITZHEROD, fire of Mutti, &c. at Chalfont Lodge, near Gerrard's Crofs, Bucks, at 10gs a mare, and 10s. 6d. the groom.

He was got by King Herod, his dam by Old Snap, his grand dam by Old Cade, and was own filter to Young Cade; his great grand dam by Partner, and was fifter to Match'em's dam. He is full 15 hands and a half high, and free from all blemishes whatsoever.

Fitzherod's blood is truly very valuable, as being one of the best bred fons of King Herod's in England; he has three times the Darley Arabian in him, which was the fire of Childers, twies Old Fox, and twice Partner.

Good grafs for mares, with care.

Chalfont Lodge is 5 miles from Uxbridge, and 20 from London.

FORRESTER, at 5ge a mare, and 10s, 6d. the groom.

He was got by Dionyfius, and out of Rural Lafs; fhe was got by Regulus, her dam by the Derby Looby, fon of Pigot's Bay Turk, out of a daughter of Terror; her grand dam was Whimfey, bred by Ld Molineux, got by a fon of Jigg, and out of a favourite mare of Mr. Robinfon's, in Yorkshire, which Ld Molineux purchafed with Whimfey in laer belly. grand dam by Hautboy, which mare was bred by
Mr. Wilkinson, and allowed to be the best bred
mare in England. It may be faid of Forrester,
what cannot be faid of many horses in the king-
dom, he has won twenty 50l. Plates, two King's
Plates, the Cup at Chester, ditto at Doncafter, and
feveral Bowls, befides Sweepstakes and Matches.

The colts got by Guildford (fome of which may be feen as above) are remarkably strong, healthy, and handsome.

HIGHFLYER, at Ely, Cambridgeshire, at 15gs a mare, and half a guinea the Groom.He is a certain foal-getter, and gets more colts than fillies.

At the fame place, that well-bred Horse, BOUDROW, at 3gs a mare, and 5s. the groom.

He was got by Eclipfe, his dam by Sweeper, his grand dam by Tartar, which was Mercury'a dam. Sweeper was a good runner, got by Slow, which got the grand dam of the Yellow filly,

Boudrow, at three yrs old, in the year 1780, won a Subfcription at Lewes; at the fame Meeting he walked over for a Sweepstakes of 100gs each. He won a Sweepstakes at Bath, of 25gs each; the fame day H. R.H. the D. of Cumberland paid a forfeit to him. At Newmarket First Spring Meeting, 1781, he won a Sweepstakes of 25gs each, for colts and fillies rifing 4 yrs old. In the First October Meeting he won the 1400gs. At the fame Meeting he beat Sir Charles Bunbury's Diomed, 8ft. 7lb. B. C. for 300gs. In the Second October Meeting he received a forfeit from Mr. Wastell's Eyebright. In 1782, he received from Ld Foley's Spitfire 100gs compromife. The fame Meeting he won the 140gs, B. C. The Second Spring Meeting he beat Sir F. Evelyn's Wotton, R. M. for 500gs, giving glb.
