David feigns himself mad.

CHAP. XXII.

Doeg accuses Ahimelech. bread, that was taken from before the departed, and came into the forest of HaLORD, to put hot bread in the day when it reth. was taken away.

14 Then said Achish unto his servants, Lo, ye see the man is mad: wherefore then have ye brought him to me?

CHAP. XXII.

14 And David abode in the wilderness in strong holds, and remained in a mountain in the wilderness of Ziph. And Saul sought him every day, but God delivered him not into his hand.

14 After whom is the king of Israel come out? after whom dost thou pursue? after a dead dog, after a flea?

15 The LORD therefore be judge, and judge between me and thee, and see, and plead my cause, and deliver me out of thine hand.

CHAP. XXVI.
