έχεις βασιλικόν. Καὶ εἶπεν *Αννα· ̓Απόςα ἀπ' ἐμᾶς καὶ ταῦτα ἐκ ἐποίησα, καὶ ὁ Κύριος ἐταπείνωσέ με σφόδρα μή πως πανεργός τις ἔδωκέ σοι τέτο, καὶ ἦλθες κοινωνῆσαί με τῇ ἁμαρτία σ8. Καὶ εἶπεν Ιεδὶν ἡ παιδίσκη αὐτῇ· Τί ἀράσομαί σοι; μή τι μεῖζον ἀράσομαί σοι, καθότι ἐκ ήκεσας τῆς φωνῆς με; απέκλεισε γὰρ ὁ Θεὸς τὴν μήτραν σε, τὰ μὴ δεναί σοι καρπὸν ἐν τῷ Ἰσραήλ. Καὶ ἐλυπήθη ̓́Αννα σφόδρα, καὶ περιείλατο τὰ ἱμάτια αὐτῆς τὰ νυμφικά, καὶ περὶ ὥραν ἐννάτην κατέβη ἐν τῷ παραδείσῳ αὐτῆς τε περιπατῆσαι. Καὶ εἶδε δαφνιδέαν, καὶ ἐκάθισεν ὑποκάτω

Οι μοι, τίνι ὡμοιώθην ; ἐχ ώς μοιώθην ἐγὼ τοῖς θηρίοις τῆς γῆς, ὅτι αὐτὰ τὰ θηρία της γῆς γόνιμά ἐσι ἐνώπιόν σε, Κύριε. Οι μου, τίνι ωμοιώθην ἐγώ; εχ ώμοιώθην ἐγὼ τοῖς αλόγοις ζώοις, ὅτι αὐτὰ ἄλογα ζῶα γόνιμα εἰσιν ἐνώπιόν σε, Κύριε. Οι μοι, τίνι ωμοιώθην ἐγώ; ἐχ ωμοιώθην ἐγὼ τοῖς ὕδασι τέτοις, ὅτι αὐτὰ τὰ ὕδατα γόνιμα εἰσιν ἐνώπιόν σε, Κύριε. Οι μοι, τίνι ὡμοιώθην ἐγώ; ἐχ ώς μοιώθην ἐγὼ τοῖς κύματι της

ιν. Καὶ ἰδὲ Αγίελος Κυρία ἐπέση, λέγων αὐτῇ· *Αννα, *Αννα, ἐπήκεσε Κύριος ὁ Θεὸς τῆς δεήσεως σε συλλήψῃ καὶ γεννήσεις, καὶ λαληθήσεται τὸ σπέρμα σε ἐν ὅλῃ τῇ οἰκε μένῃ. Καὶ εἶπεν ̓́Αννα: Ζῆ Κύριος ὁ Θεός με, ὅ τι ἐὰν γεννήσω εἴτε ἄῤῥεν εἴτε θῆλυ, προσάξω αὐτὸ δῶρον Κυρίῳ τῷ · Θεῷ με, καὶ ἔςαι λειτεργών πάσας τὰς ἡμέρας τῆς ζωῆς αὐτῇ. Καὶ ἰδὲ δύο ἄγγελοι ἦλθον, ἀπαγγέλλοντες αὐτῇ Ἰδὲ Ἰωακεὶμ ἔρχεται μετὰ τῶν ποιμένων αὐτῷ· ἄγγελος γὰρ Κυρία κατέβη πρὸς αὐτὸν, καὶ εἶπεν αὐτῷ· Ἐπήκεσε Κύριος ὁ Θεὸς τῆς δεήσεώς σα σπεῦσον, κατάβηθι ἐντεῦθεν ἰδὲ γὰρ Ἄννα ἡ γυνή σε ἐν γαςρὶ λήψεται. Καὶ κατέβη Ἰωακεῖμ, καὶ ἐκάλεσε τις

Καὶ κατέβη Ἰωακεὶμ μετὰ τῶν ποιμένων αὐτῷ, καὶ ἔτη 'Αννα παρὰ τὴν πύλην, καὶ ἶδε τὸν Ἰωακεὶμ ἐρχόμενον μετὰ τῶν ποιμένων, καὶ δραμᾶσα ἐκρεμάσθη ἐν τῷ τραχήλῳ αὐτῷ, λέγεσα· Νῦν οἶδα, ὅτι Κύριος εὐλόγησέ με σφόδρα· ἰδὲ γὰρ ἡ χώρα εκέτι χήρα· καὶ &τεκνος ἐν γασρὶ λήψομαι.

ν. Καὶ ἀνεπαύσατο Ιωα

κεὶμ τῇ πρώτη ἡμέρᾳ ἐν τῷ οἴκῳ αὐτᾶ. Τῇ δὲ ἐπαύριον προσέφερε τὰ δῶρα αὐτῷ, λέ

γων· Εἰ Κύριος ἱλάσθη μοι, τὸ πεταλὸν τῆ ἱερέως φανερὸν ποιήσει καὶ προσῆλθε τῷ πετάλῳ τὸ ἱερέως, ὡς ἀνέβη ἐπὶ τὸ θυσιαςήριον τε Κυρίε, καὶ εἶδε, καὶ ἰδὲ ἁμαρτία ἐκ ευρέθη ἐν αὐτῷ. Καὶ εἶπεν

Joachim faid, Now I know that the Lord is propitious to me, and hath taken away all my fins. And he went down from the temple of the Lord
