The amount of warrants issued on the treasurer of the United States, on account of the interest of the domestic debt, and of the reimbursement of the old six per cent. and deferred stocks, from the 1st October, 1811, to the 30th September, 1812, exclusive of a repayment of dollars 24,927 30, and of the reimbursement of part of the converted stock, and the purchase of Louisiana six per cent. stock, as stated below, was
