Dream books are silly anyway. It was useful for symbology though. ( )

Interesting. A good, practical guide to helping you understand your dreams. The stages of sleep are discussed, along with the difference between nightmares and night terrors. For those who are inclined to do so, tips on keeping a dream journal are included. I appreciated the discussion of symbolisum. ( )
